- 01 What counts as a unit?
- Every flat and every commercial space with its own lease. A building with twelve flats and one shop counts as twelve residential units and one commercial unit. Parking spaces, garages and bike spaces do not count and are included.
- 02 How long do contracts run?
- From 12 months. A 24-month term gets 3% off, annual payment in advance 5%. The two can be combined.
- 03 What does guided onboarding cost?
- We take the data over from your documents and guide you through onboarding. Scope and the one-time cost are agreed with you beforehand, and onboarding never costs more than €3,000.
- 04 What happens when my portfolio grows or shrinks?
- The price follows your portfolio at the time of signing. Units you add raise the price. If you sell buildings, the agreed amount stays until the end of the term.
- 05 What happens above €2,000 a month?
- At that size we agree the price individually. The platform and the scope stay the same.
