01 Can I try EstateMate first?
Yes. It starts with a pilot: 2 to 3 buildings, 4 weeks, free of charge. You work with your real numbers and decide afterwards.
02 How long do contracts run?
From 12 months. You sign after the pilot, once you have seen the result.
03 What does guided onboarding cost?
It depends on the volume of your documents. You receive a fixed quote up front, and onboarding never costs more than €3,000.
04 What happens above €2,000 a month?
At that size we agree the price individually. The platform and the scope stay the same.
05 Will there be extra costs later?
No. The full scope is included in the monthly price, onboarding is a one-time fee. Both numbers are on this page.
